We first ask that you remove everything from the garage, basement, or surface area. If you are unable to do this yourself, we will do it for a small fee. Before we begin applying the coatings, we clean your concrete thoroughly to remove any paint, oil, or contaminants that could impact adhesion. Afterward, we sand the surface and remove any remaining dust and residue using eco-friendly equipment.
